That's the problem. It shows in my contribution center as done but only shows in the links as:

http://www.archive.org/details/DavidNelsonBand2000-05-13SbdDavisCaUsa

this same thing happened yesterday with the RS upload but turned up at LMA when you looked

thanks for looking into this
Rich

Ok. It's very, VERY important that you use exact and complete links when you ask for help with a show. I just found a Rubber Souldiers show which appears to be the one you were asking about:

http://www.archive.org/details/RubberSouldiers2010-01-07MtxAshkenaz-BerkeleyCaUsa

That one was uploaded by you and is indeed incorrectly placed in the Open Source Audio collection. The other one was actually uploaded by Matt Vernon, which is what left me scratching my head a little bit. I will remove the show linked above since it appears to be a duplicate of this one:

http://www.archive.org/details/RubberSouldiers2010-01-07.mtx.selleseth.flac16

As for the David Nelson Band show, I do see it in Open Source Audio. This usually happens when you forget to click on the "Is this a Live Music Archive concert?" link. I know you said you did, but the LMA form uses dots as separators, and there are no dots in your URL:

http://www.archive.org/details/DavidNelsonBand2000-05-13SbdDavisCaUsa

which means you must have filled it out in the Open Source Audio form. Make sure you see the three blanks for abbreviation, date and extension, or it'll end up in Open Source.

I definitely filled out the three boxes. Clicked on the live music link and the boxes dropped down.

What do I need to do to fix this?

I'm not sure how you did it then, because it's impossible to get the identifier DavidNelsonBand2000-05-13SbdDavisCaUsa by filling out those three boxes. If you'd put "DavidNelsonBand" in the first box, "2000-05-13" in the second box and "SbdDavisCaUsa" in the third box, you'd have gotten DavidNelsonBand.2000-05-13.SbdDavisCaUsa, with periods separating them.

At any rate, it's easy to fix - I'll move it over for you.

I have another show to up and will see what happens. I've been doing this for some time and never had a problem before like this. Is there a particular time to click the Live Music link (before loading files or after)?

Actually I entered dnb, 2000-05-13 then sbd.selleseth.flac16 on this last one.

I always do it afterwards because I've found that the identifier reservation often times out if you let it sit too long (when you get the spinner and it says "checking to see if your identifier is free).

I have to say I'm baffled as to how you ended up with that fileset name if you entered that information. The two just don't jive, but since I can't see your personal history it's impossible for me to figure out what happened.

The screens acted like they are supposed to. The last two times the screen where you put in all the info never popped up, just a screen saying the item was ready (in Open Source Audio).

Thanks again!
